Pinnacle Fitness is run by certified Personal Trainer, Carrie Charlton. Carrie is a certified Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and a certified Menopause Health and Fitness Specialist. Carrie's areas of focus are pre and postnatal health and fitness; peri and post menopausal women; weight loss and athletic performance. Carrie works tirelessly to help her clients reach the best version of themselves, whether that be in their day to day life or the sports they love.
