Meet Carrie

Carrie Charlton
Certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist
Carrie is a certified personal trainer with specialties in menopause fitness and health, as well as pre and postnatal training. She has dedicated her career to supporting women through life’s key transitions — pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond — with fitness guidance that is both approachable and effective.
She works with women who want more than just a workout, offering programs that respect their bodies, goals, and lifestyle. Whether clients are rebuilding strength after having a baby, navigating changes during perimenopause, boosting sports performance, or simply looking to feel more confident, she meets them where they are and helps them move forward.
Through one-on-one training, small group sessions, and larger group classes, Carrie creates challenging yet fun programs that leave clients feeling supported, capable, and strong at every stage of life.
When she’s not coaching, she’s usually out enjoying the best of mountain-town living — exploring the trails with her dog, hanging by a lake/river, playing soccer, hiking or spending quality time with her family. She practices in her life what she preaches to her clients and has a passion for fitness and healthy living.
